AMPA or Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring is an exam to assist in the screening, diagnosis and control of Hypertension.Over the course of 7 days the user must take 3 measurements in the morning and 3 at night with 1 minute intervals between the morning and night measurements. It may be before breakfast and before dinner.You should measure after 3 minutes of rest, without having had physical activity in the previous 30 minutes.You should be seated, with your back supported and your arm resting (on a table for example), immobile, without your legs crossed, without talking and relaxed.The user can follow the average values of the measurements that can indicate Hypertension.
